Featuring nine interlocking triangles that surround a central point known as a Bindu, the Sri Yantra symbol is a mystical symbol associated with Hinduism. It represents both male and female energies with downward and upward facing triangles, the symbol represents the cosmos and a human being’s path towards enlightenment. Sri Yantra is also known as the Navayoni Chakra.

Will I be charged customs for my order?  

An additional customs and tax fee can occur on international orders. This fee is not in our control and is assessed by your local customs office. Customs policies vary widely for every country so please check with your local customs office directly to see if they apply duties and taxes to your purchases.

 

My order should be here by now, but I still don't have it. What should I do?  

Before getting in touch with us, please help us out by doing the following:  

- Check your shipping confirmation email for any mistakes in the delivery address.  

- Ask your local post office if they have your package.  

- Stop by your neighbours in case the courier left the package with them.   

If the shipping address was correct, and the package wasn't left at the post office or at your neighbour's, get in touch with us at support@outoftheordinary.uk with your order number. If you did find a mistake in your delivery address, we can send you a replacement order, but shipping will be at your own cost.  

Tip - The zip code is the most important part of the address. Use a simple tool like USPS ZIP code lookup to make sure you get it right! 

Tip - Package theft is on the rise—If you're expecting a home delivery and you know you won't be home to accept it, use an address where you know you'll be! 

 

 

Returns & Exchange

Refunds, Returns & Exchanges

All our products are unique and produced per order, unfortunately, returns and exchanges are not supported if you ordered the wrong size or simply don't like the product. We currently don’t have inventory space to keep the unwanted items.

Once an order has been sent to production it is then sent to our Print Provider and you can no longer edit any details or cancel it. If the shipment details were incorrect, or you've ordered the wrong size, we will not offer refunds, returns or exchanges.

However, we can offer a replacement order free of charge, if there are any issues with your order, like defective products or lost during transit. Replacement information can be found below.

In case a replacement order is arranged, there is no need to send the original order back to us. 

If issues arise with a replacement order, we can proceed with one more replacement order (3 delivery attempts) then if this is unsuccessful we will refund the full amount via the chosen payment method.

Please feel free to contact our support team with all the necessary information and photographic evidence for an investigation into this order issue, and we will do everything possible to correct the situation and provide the most suitable solution to you, depending if the replacement or a refund is eligible or not.

Frequently Asked Questions

I did not receive an order confirmation email 

When an order is placed you should receive an order confirmation email from us and the payment processor selected during checkout, if you don't receive any of these two emails then please contact us via the contact page or through the social media links at the bottom of the page. Alternatively, you can email us at support@outoftheordinary.uk so we can rectify the issue. 

 

What if I regret a purchase and would like to cancel?  

If you would like to cancel a product purchased then please contact us ASAP via our contact us page, social links or email us at support@outoftheordinary.uk. Once an order has been sent to production it is then sent to our Print Provider and you can no longer edit any details or cancel it.

 

How long will my order take to be delivered?  

Depending on the product purchased and your location more detailed information on delivery to specific regions can be found here.

 

How Where can I find the tracking information for my order/orders?  

All tracking numbers can be found in the shipping notification emails we send out. If you did not receive this email then please contact us. You can also track your order here or go to your account under orders and a link should be available.

Note that international shipment tracking may take a few days to display any updates but that doesn't necessarily mean the shipment is lost.  

 

Which carrier is your chosen service provider?  

Our chosen service providers are Royal Mail, FedEx, UPS & USPS.

Why aren't canvases & framed posters able to be delivered to Australia or New Zealand? 

In order to protect its ecosystem from invasive foreign species, Australia has strict laws for what can be imported into the country. Wood products are especially regulated as they can contain timber borers, insect pests, bark, and other potential biohazards. 

The regulations and treatment processes for importing wooden products into Australia are incredibly difficult to maintain, so for that reason we don't ship canvases or framed posters there. 

 

How do I make a return?

I received a wrong/damaged product, what should I do?  

We’re so sorry if the product you ordered arrived damaged. To help us resolve this for you quickly, contact us here or email us at support@outoftheordinary.uk ASAP with photos of the damaged product, your order number, and any other details you may have about your order. We’ll get back to you with a resolution as soon as possible! 

 

Can I exchange an item for a different size/color?   

At this time, we don't offer exchanges. Though rare, it's possible that an item you ordered was mislabelled. If that’s the case, please let us know via our contact us page or email us at support@outoftheordinary.uk ASAP. Include your order number and photos of the mislabeled item, and we’ll send you a new one, or issue a refund.
